Ingredients

  • 60 g soft goat’s cheese
  • 1 small bunch of rocket
  • 1 pea

Method

Spread a little goat’s cheese on each bruschetta or crostini. Cover the cheese with a few rocket leaves and arrange pear slices on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper and add a walnut half to each.
