  • 500 g wholemeal flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp

Method

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add liquids. Mix to a soft dough. Knead until smooth, shape into a 20-cm round. Score and bake at 220°C, 30-40 minutes.
