Method

Sift flour, cornmeal, salt and baking powder into a bowl. Fold in corn kernels. Beat together milk, eggs, and honey, and pour three-quarters into dry ingredients. Stir, then mix in remaining liquid. Pour into a greased 20-cm frying pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 220°C,
