  • 300 g strong plain white flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 40 ml

Method

Sift flour and salt; add oil and water; work into ball. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover; let rest for up to 2 hours. Sweat apples in half the butter. Add remaining ingredients for the filling and let cool.
