  • 350 g (12 oz) feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Method

  1. Pat the feta dry with paper towels, and cut into 2 cm (¾ inch) cubes. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with the oregano, coriander seeds and black pepper.
  2. Drain
