  • 150 g ( oz) herbed cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon ze


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6). Mix the cream cheese with the lemon zest. Loosen the skin from the leg quarters or breasts and use your fingers to spread the cream cheese between the skin and flesh. Press the skin back down and season it.<
