Method

  1. Preheat a barbecue hotplate. Mix the beef with the garlic, onion, parsley, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Season and mix well, then leave to marinate.
  2. Form the beef into four large patties and flatten them out to the size of the buns.
