  • 8 veal cutlets
  • 4 garlic cloves, unpeeled


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6). Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the cutlets in batches for 4 minutes on both sides, or until brown.
  2. Arrange the cutlets in a single layer in a large roasting tin. Add the
