Method

With its strong salty flavour, prosciutto is a perfect partner for ripe figs. You’ll need 4 skewers for this: if you’re using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes first so they don’t scorch. Cut 4 figs into quarters and wrap each quarter in a strip of prosciutto
