  • 1 kg (2 lb 4 oz) minced (ground) lamb

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Lightly grease two baking trays. Place the lamb, onion, garlic, herbs and spices in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on the trays.
