  • 90 g ( oz/ cups) Japanese breadcrumbs (panko)

  1. Combine the breadcrumbs with the torn nori.
  2. Put the flour in a shallow bowl. Lightly beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  3. Pat the fish dry with paper towel and dust lightly with flour. Dip in the egg, allowing the excess to drain off, then coat in the breadcrumbs and nori.
