Method

  1. Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling salted water until al dente. Drain. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat and cook the onion for 5 minutes, or un
