  • 190 g ( oz/1 cup) wild rice

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and add the wild rice and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook for 30 minutes, then add the jasmine rice and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain the rice, refresh under cold water and drain again.
  2. Shred
