- Preheat the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas 2–3). Lightly grease a large ovenproof dish.
- Cut the tops off the tomatoes and keep. Spoon out the tomato flesh into a sieve set over a bowl. Strain the juice into the bowl. Finely dice the flesh an
