  • 250 g (9 oz) fresh thin egg noodles
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil


  1. Cook the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute, or until tender. Drain well. Add the sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of the peanut oil and toss. Place on a baking tray and spread out in a thin layer. Leave in a dry place for 1 hour.
