  • 500 g (1 lb 2 oz) beef fillet, 5 c

Method

  1. Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over high heat. Brush the beef with the oil and season generously with salt and black pepper. Sear the beef on all sides for 3–4 minutes, keeping the meat rare in the centre. Remove to a plate and leave to rest.
  2. Dry-fry the dried shrimp and rice in a clean frying pan for 1–2 minutes, or until fragrant. Gri
