  • 60 g ( oz) butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6). Melt the butter in a large roasting tin over medium heat. Add the honey and thyme and stir. Remove from the heat and add the carrot, parsnip, orange and white sweet potato, onions and jerusalem artichokes
