Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6). Brush a shallow baking tray with a little melted butter.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut in half. Put the potatoes, cut side down, on a board. Make thin evenly spaced cuts about two-thirds of the way
