  • 30 g (1 oz) butter
  • 1 bunch celery, trimmed and cut into 5 cm (2 inch) lengths

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add the celery and toss to coat in the butter. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add the stock, lemon zest and juice, then cover
