  • 400 g (14 oz) lean minced (ground) beef

  1. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and brown the beef in batches, stirring and breaking up any lumps with a fork or wooden spoon. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Add a little more oil to the pan and stir in the onion, chilli, cumin and coriander. Cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Return the meat to the frying pan and stir in the tomato pa
