  • 1 kg (2 lb 4 oz) pumpkin (winter squash), peeled and seeded
  • olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F/Gas 7). Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and toss well in olive oil. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle the sage over the top and season well.
