- 1 large tomato
- 1 Lebanese (short) cucumber
- 2 radishes
- Chop the tomato and cut the cucumber into rounds. Thinly slice the radishes and onion, and cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- Combine the prepared tomato, cucumber, radishes, onion, feta and olives in a serving bowl. Drizzle with the combined lemon juice, olive oil and oregano. Serve on a bed of coral lettuce if you like.
