- 3 large red capsicums (peppers)

- Grill (broil) the capsicums under high heat for 10 minutes, turning often, until the skin blisters and blackens. When cool, peel then remove the seeds and roughly chop (see left).
- Put the capsicums into a food processor and add the spring onion, garlic and chilli. Process until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan and stir in the lime juice and coria
