Heat a wok over high heat, add the oil and swirl to coat. Stir-fry the onion for 2 minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic and chill jam and cook for 30 seconds. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
Combine the sesame oil, oyster sauce, soya bean sauce and rice wine, add to the wok and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes to coat the
