Method

  1. Boil or steam the potato until just tender. Drain and leave to cool, then cut into thin slices. Boil the carrots and cauliflower for 3 minutes, or until nearly tender. Add the snow peas and cook for 2 minutes, then add the bean sprouts and cook for a further 1 minute. Drain and leave the vegetables to cool.
