  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the carrot, onion and celery over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring, until browned.
  2. Add 625 ml (21 fl oz
