  • 20 g (¾ oz/¼ cup) fresh breadcrumbs (made using 1 slice of day-old bread)

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix together and season well with black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 4 hours. Stir well just before serving.
