  • 155 g ( oz/ cups) icing (confectioners’) sugar

Method

  1. Stir the icing sugar, butter and 2–3 teaspoons water together in a bowl until sooth. Mix in the food colouring, a few drops at a time, to achieve the desired shade of pink. Spread over finger buns or cakes.
