Method
Preheat the oven to
180°C (350°F/Gas 4)
. Roast the hazelnuts on a baking tray for 5–10 minutes, or until golden. Tip the nuts onto a tea towel and rub vigorously to remove the skins. Transfer to a food processor and chop until finely ground.
