  • 250 g (9 oz) plain sweet biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger

Method

  1. Lightly grease a 23 cm (9 inch) spring-form cake tin and line the base with baking paper.
  2. Finely crush the biscuits with the ginger in a food processor. Add
