  • 125 ml (4 fl oz/½ cup) golden syrup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (325°F/Gas 3).
  2. Put the golden syrup, sago, milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stimng. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.
