  • 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped

  1. Put the chocolate, cream and butter in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted and is smooth. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
  2. Place one split banana on each side of a flat glass dish. Place three scoops of ice cream between the banana pieces and pour the chocolate sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
