  • 150 g ( oz/1 cup) chopped dark chocolate

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth. Continue to heat, stirring, until the sauce almost reaches boiling point. Remove from the heat. Serve warm.
