Method

  1. Scrub the grapefruit, oranges and lemons under warm running water with a soft-bristle brush to remove any wax coating. Slice the quartered grapefruit and halved oranges and lemons very thinly and place in a large non-metallic bowl. Put the pips on a square of muslin and tie with string. Add to the bowl with 2.5 <
