  • 1 lb. (½ k.) flour
  • a pinch of salt

Method

Mix the salt and cinnamon with the flour, rub in the butter, stir in the sugar, mix well. Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Make a hole in the middle of the flour, pour in the yeast and milk, and form into a dough. Add a little more milk if necessary. Stand it in a warm place for 1 hour.
