This stir-fry noodle dish was brought into Thailand by Chinese immigrants and, after minimal Thai additions, has gained national popularity. A quick and nutritious meal.
Soak the rice noodles in a bowl of warm water for 25 minutes. Then drain them in a colander or sieve.
