  • 1 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 smal

Method

  1. Heat a wok or large frying pan and add the oil. Add the garlic, onion, half a teaspoon of the salt, the pepper, ground coriander and cumin and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the stock and cauliflower florets and simmer for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
