  • 225 g/8 oz flat rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Method

  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, remove from the heat and add the rice noodles. Stand for 15 minutes, then drain and toss with the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Heat a work or large frying pan and add the groundnut oil, then the pork. Stir fry for 2 minutes, breaking up any clumps of meat, then add the yellow bean sauce and sugar and cook for 3 minutes. Stir
