This recipe was created by our dad. It’s one of my sister Keira’s favorites, so our dad made it a lot! It’s also one of the last recipes that he taught me how to make before he passed away. —Kaley

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 2

Method

In a food processor, combine the oil, Pecarino Romano, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, and lime juice and pulse until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.

Place the lettuce in a salad bowl. Add the dressing and toss the lettuce lightly to coat it.
