The guys at the firehouse love these. When I make them, I never have to worry about what to do with the leftovers because there aren’t any. The beauty of these pizzas is that you can top each one differently to suit different tastes and cravings.

Ingredients

1 cup My Marinara Sauce, or your favorite store-bought brand
1 recipe Garlic Bread

Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Spread just enough marinara sauce over the garlic bread to cover it lightly. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and Romano and add your favorite toppings. Toast the bread in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted nicely.
