These are inspired by but not based on a recipe called Gingerful Biscotti by my friend and mentor Maida Heatter. Please note the two different macadamia nuts in the ingredients: 4 ounces are ground and 6 ounces are chopped.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
