This is a variation on a favorite cookie of mine—a dough that’s made from just flour, chocolate, and butter (plus a pinch of spice) enhanced by a suave milk chocolate filling. It is particularly easy to make and has all the delicacy and sophistication of recipes that require ten times the trouble.
