Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. savory leaves ½ tsp. thyme leaves
  • 2 tblsp. minced parsley
  • 3 c. soft bread cubes
  • 1 tblsp. prepared mustard
  • tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lbs. ground beef

Method

  • Combine all ingredients, except meat.
  • Add meat and mix well; shape into loaf in shallow pan, or pack into 8½ X 4½ X 2½″ loaf pan.
  • Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour.
