Ingredients: ½ tsp. orégano leaves; 1 tblsp. salt; 2 cloves garlic; 1 (4 to 5 lb.) presliced square shoulder of lamb; 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce; 2 drops Tabasco sauce; 1 lemon, sliced; ½ tsp. pepper; ½ c. vinegar; 1 medium onion, sliced; 1 bay leaf, crushed; ¼ c. salad oil; ¼ c. water

Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb.) presliced square shoulder of lamb
1 medium onion, sliced

Method

Have meatman cut lamb shoulder into 1″ chops with hand saw; then tie together with cord into original shape.
Tuck onion and lemon slices in between chops. Crush garlic into salt; add remaining ingredients; pour over lamb in large shallow bowl.
Cover and marinate at least 6 hours, or overnight, in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
