This delicious roast comes from the oven sliced and ready to serve


  • 1 (4 to 5 lb.) presliced square shoulder of lamb
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • Have meatman cut lamb shoulder into 1″ chops with hand saw; then tie together with cord into original shape.
  • Tuck onion and lemon slices in between chops. Crush garlic into salt; add remaining ingredients; pour over lamb in large shallow bowl.
  • Cover and marinate at least 6 hours, or overnight, in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
