Ingredients

  • 9 lean loin pork chops, boned, 1 thick, or 9 pork tenderloin slices, 1

Method

  • Shape boned chops into rounds. Circle each with a strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  • Place in flat baking dish, cover. Bake in slow oven (300°) 1 hour. Uncover; brown under broiler.
  • Sauté mushrooms in butter until brown and tender. Top each filet with a mushroom.
