Adaptation of a fascinating old Chinese recipe. Good served with rice

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, ¾ thick
  • ¼ c. soy sauce
  • 1

Method

  • Brown chops in small amount of fat; place in 13 X 9 X 2 baking pan. (Don’t salt chops; soy sauce does the job.)
  • Combine remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds. Pour over chops, sprinkle on sesame seeds.
  • Cover baking pan and bake in slow oven (325°) about
