Ingredients

  • 9 lbs. lean pork
  • ¾ tsp. ground red pepper
  • 3 tblsp

Method

  • Cut raw meat into cubes; put through food chopper, using fine blade.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over meat and mix well. Refrigerate or freeze.
