Two-story treat with mincemeat spread between the ham slices

Ingredients

  • 2 slices ham, cut 1″ thick
  • c. prepared mincemeat
  • ½ c. pineapple juice

Method

  • Place one ham slice in shallow baking pan. Spread mincemeat over ham; cover with second ham slice. Pour pineapple juice over top.
  • Bake in slow oven (325°) about 1 hour, basting frequently.
  • Thicken liquid in pan for spicy gravy.
