Ingredients

  • lbs. ground veal
  • ¼ lb. ground lean pork
  • ¼ tsp

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack into 9 X 5 X 3″ loaf pan.
  • Bake in moderate oven (375°) 1¼ hours.
