Dried beef frizzled in butter gives scrambled eggs a new taste

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
  • Boiling water
  • 3 tblsp. b

Method

  • Pour boiling water over dried beef. Drain. Melt butter in skillet. Cut dried beef in small pieces with scissors and pan-fry for a minute in the butter.
  • Beat eggs and milk slightly. Pour over beef. Stir gently while cooking. Check for seasoning (beef may add enough salt). Serve at once while still moist.
